Refund policy
All returned items must have tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please note that accessories, jewelry, sale items, and any items purchased with a discount of 25% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Store Credit for Returns:
Your package must be postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date to receive store credit. Once I've processed your return, you’ll receive an email with your store credit code. The credit will never expire and can be used on future purchases.
Please allow 3-5 business days after I receive your package for your return to be processed. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit amount.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, send an email to returns@shopatlasblue.com. Please include your order #. I will reply in 24-48 hours with a return label.
Damaged Items:
I do my best to quality check every item before shipping, but should you receive a damaged or defective item, please email returns@shopatlasblue.com within 48 hours of your delivery date.
